Brandon Donald
(Co-owner/Head trainer)

Brandon Donald is co-owner and head trainer at CrossFit Resolve. He has operated his own business as a personal trainer since 2000, has been training CrossFit since 2008 and has been a CrossFit Trainer since 2009.
CrossFit has changed Brandon's life.
In 2008, Brandon was looking for a new direction for his own training and that of his personal training clients and happened to stumble across CrossFit.
While the concepts are amazing in their simplicity, it is their ability to transform both body and mind and challenge people in ways they never thought possible which he is most looking forward to passing on to the next generation of CrossFit athletes.
